A useful quotation starts with the load rather than a product code. Dimensions and weight matter, but so do fragility, centre of gravity, access, lifting method, transport route and the order in which the package needs to be opened.
Our process keeps those decisions visible. We establish what is known, identify what still needs confirming, and build the quotation around the agreed scope. For repeat orders, retaining a clear reference and specification makes the next conversation faster.
Lead times, delivery, collection, site access and export requirements depend on the individual project. They are confirmed during quotation so that expectations are clear before work begins.
The working sequence
Five useful stages.

Define the load
Share the item dimensions, weight, fragility, destination and expected handling method. Drawings and photographs are useful where available.
- 02
Set the specification
We establish the base, protection, access, restraint and export requirements that need to be covered.
- 03
Review the quotation
The proposed scope is set out for review. Any assumptions or information still needed are identified before production.
- 04
Manufacture and pack
Packaging is produced to the agreed brief. Where included, packing activity is coordinated around access and handling arrangements.
- 05
Handover for transit
The completed package is prepared for the next stage of its journey, with collection or delivery support handled as agreed.

Common questions
Before you enquire.
Can you manufacture one-off packaging?
Yes. One-off and repeat requirements can both be discussed. The quotation will reflect the specification, quantity and practical manufacturing route.
Can products be made to non-standard dimensions?
Yes. Made-to-measure pallets, skids, cases, crates, drums and specialist containers are central to the offer. Please include the load data available.
Do you support export shipments?
Export preparation can be included. Tell us the destination and any treatment, marking or documentation requirement at the start so it can be reflected in the specification.
Can you pack equipment on site?
On-site packing can be discussed where the item, access and project scope make it appropriate. Site arrangements are reviewed before quotation.
Do you publish lead times or prices online?
No. Dimensions, materials, reinforcement, quantity, treatment and delivery all affect price and timing, so both are confirmed against the actual requirement.
