Our service offer connects design, manufacture and packing. We can begin with a clear drawing or help shape the requirement from the information available, then quote the practical combination of timber packaging and support needed.
Availability and scope are confirmed project by project. For export work, please include the destination and any treatment or marking requirement in the initial enquiry.
We turn dimensions, weight, fragility and handling information into a practical timber packaging specification.
The process can start from drawings, a measured item or a conversation about the journey. We consider the base, enclosure, access, restraint and packing sequence together so the finished package works as one system.
One-off and repeat-run cases, boxes and open crates made around the item rather than a stock carton size.
Construction is matched to the load and intended use, from compact protective cases to substantial machinery enclosures. Removable panels, inspection access and handling bases can be included where the packing sequence needs them.

On-site requirements are reviewed before quotation, including access, lifting, working area, packing materials and the intended handover. The scope is agreed clearly so production and site activity can be coordinated.
